Confidence & Happiness

 Yana's Ways to feel more CONFIDENT:

  1. Walk that walk. Stand tall, carry your head high and dress well. Let them know you are capable of doing anything you set your mind to.
  2. Find your Fashion inspiration. a friend, celebrity. Mine obviously, Avril Lavigne.
  3. Face your fears. Try new things that you normally avoid. Step out your comfort zone. Make a fresh start.
  4. Take Compliments. Learn to accept them, not brush them off.
  5. Don't compare yourself to others. You are unique just the way you are. your talents and successes are entirely your own.Everyone develops at different times. Don't overestimate everyone else and underestimate yourself. 
  6. Don't always seek approval. No need worry what others think of you. The only approval you really need is from inside you.
  7. Eat, Exercise, pamper. Look after yourself physically. Do whatever makes you feel good.treat yourself to a well-deserved pamper session at least once a week. 
  8. Redefine Failure. Don't ponder over spill milk. Look at every experience as a learning one.
  9. Celebrate Your Achievements. Reward yourself for the things you do well. Confidence will come naturally if you recognise and enjoy your success.
