1. Make my bed each morning b4 leaving the house or starting the day. I used to be so lazy and think this was pointless but now I love waking up and making my bed. It’s a great way to start the day and my life feels less cluttered and more organized because of it.
2. Put a ban on reading posts and social media post/comments that will only make me angry. Well the thing about me is I got this aunty habit where i used to read them just to get a laugh but I made a resolution to stop this year and I actually do feel lighter.
3. Try to get out of bed half an hour earlier than usual. It sure helps a lot. Since im working on shift jobs, It sure help makes me start my day on a better foot because I have time to wake up and no longer feel rushed.
4. Write in a journal/scrapbook every day, recording my thoughts in a stream of consciousness. Even if its just doodling. I simply just like the idea of sth on paper!
5. Give myself a designated bedtime and wake time that I try so hard to stick to as much as possible.
6. Each night, I try to write down all the good things that happened to me that day.
7. I will try to take a break from the daily social media post if I feel it getting myself down. Have to admit, I'd stopped stalking people life every day, and I no longer face my day full of jealousy, anger or dread about the world!
